Logo redesign

CONTEXT

The Commission de la fonction publique de Montréal (CFPM) wanted to update its logo to better reflect its key values: neutrality and rigour. Through this redesign, the organization hoped to demonstrate its competence and boost its credibility in the eyes of the public.

PROCESS

To ensure the logo would be both attention-grabbing and clear, Dyade proposed a modern, friendly and attractive font. Some of the letters of the CFPM acronym were reworked to convey the idea of openness and dialogue and reflect the constructive and collaborative approach behind the organization’s interventions.

RESULT

A simple and neutral logo that expresses the CFPM’s mission and values and appeals to different clienteles.

2017 Annual Report

CONTEXT

Along with a new logo, the CFPM wanted to update its identity within the pages of its annual report. The CFPM envisioned a dynamic format to communicate its highlights, objectives and activities.

PROCESS

In line with the theme, “ Listens, questions, recommends,” Dyade created a simple, pared-down design emphasizing transparency. The vibrant colours express that the CFPM has moved into a fresh new phase. Graphs and pictograms were also employed to illustrate key data points.

RESULT

A new identity to set the tone going forward and a clear, dynamic report embodying the client’s personality.
